On 1st April 2017 the GP Federation began to offer more accessible appointments with local GP’s and other healthcare professionals from 3 locations every evening and weekend. Evening appointments run from 6.30pm to 8pm on all sites, with weekend clinics 10am – 1pm and 2pm – 5pm on Saturdays, and 11am – 1pm and 2pm – 4pm on Sundays.

• Chadwick Practice, One Life Centre, Park Road, Hartlepool TS24 7PW

You can access an appointment with a nurse or GP, as well as healthcare assistants who can help with health checks, weight management or dressings. At the weekend you can speak to a pharmacist who can help you to understand your medications, and you can also see a Physiotherapist who can put together short term plans to help less chronic conditions.
